LINT STEPHENSON - Czech Pilsner (4.5% alc/vol)
A traditional Czech-style pilsner. Its unmistakable rustic character is achieved by way of soft water, decoction mashing, and 100% Czech Ingredients.
Crisp and Clear. Traditionally Noble. Kindly Enjoy.
SENTINEL - Munich Helles Lager (4.7% alc/vol)
Inspired by the balanced golden lagers of southern Germany, our Munich Helles lager proudly uses 100% Bohemian ingredients, natural carbonation, and a proper cold conditioning.
Toasted Malt. Crisp Profile. Steadfast and Pure.
DAME DORTHEY - Hazy Pale Ale (5.2% alc/vol)
A throwback to the first wave of hazy hoppy beers, with malt structure and gentle bitterness. Brewed with 100% Alberta grains and a blend of four classic hops from the Pacific NW.
Citrus and pine. Golden, soft and classy.
RED MAGIL - Double IPA (8.0% alc/vol)
This double dry-hopped DIPA is skillfully designed to be a more drinkable version of the traditional style. A harmonious balance of malt and gentle bitterness gracefully give way to delightful notes of apricot jam, refreshing peach iced tea, and an abundance of juicy fruit flavor. It features a steady, reliable structure that supports a silky, clean, and exceptionally flavorful spirit.
JOHNNY LAKE - West Coast IPA (5.9% alc/vol)
Inspired by the pleasantly bitter, balanced, and remarkably drinkable hoppy beers of yesteryear, this thoughtfully crafted unfiltered IPA uses 100% Alberta-grown grains and 100% Centennial hops to create a truly sessionable and enjoyable hoppy beer experience that appeals to a wide range of palates.
ROSS DIXON - West Coast Pilsner (4.8% alc/vol)
Double Decocted is a meticulously crafted brew that showcases the use of whole cone Cascade hops. This unique brewing process results in a delightful combination of mellow grapefruit and cedar notes, creating a harmonious flavor profile.
BOMBSHELL - Altbier (4.1% alc/vol)
Indulge in a velvety symphony of flavors with a brew that is both creamy and roasty, delivering a remarkably smooth experience. Crafted meticulously with the purest soft water and a single decoction mash, every sip is enriched with the authentic essence of 100% Czech ingredients. The interplay of these elements creates a sumptuous profile that invites you to savor each moment. Enjoy the delightful richness complemented by a subtle roasted character, making this brew a truly decadent choice.
Czech Wheat Lager (4.9% alc/vol)
To celebrate Tailgunner's 1st Birthday, the brewing team crafted a special and sessionable lager that truly embodies the spirit of this milestone. This meticulously triple decocted brew is generously hopped with the renowned halcyon Saaz hops. As a result, this lager presents a delicate and refreshing profile, featuring delightful notes of dried chamomile flower throughout. Enjoy this unique creation as we toast to a successful year and many more to come!
An obscure malt-forward beer style from Düsseldorf, Altbier (alt means “old”) shares lineage with its cousin the Kölsch in that it is fermented warm with ale yeast before being conditioned cold like a lager. Our Altbier uses 100% Bavarian ingredients, is unfined/unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and lagered for eight weeks.

BELLA ROSE - ItalianPilsner (4.2% alc/vol)
This dry-hopped Italian-style pilsner blends fruity and earthy hops with a hint of smoked malt. Unfined, unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and lagered for two months. Salute!
Brewed with an exceptional blend of 100% French malted barley and carefully selected whole cone hops sourced directly from the picturesque region of Alsace.
SANTE - French Pilsner (4.2% alc/vol)
S.O.S. has been reborn! Playing with new hop combinations to keep this IPA fresh, our new brewer Devin chose Galaxy and Columbus hops to create one heck of a tropical fruit salad explosion with hints of orange juice, no pulp.

FESTBIER - Celebration Lager (5.5% alc/vol)
KYOTO DRIFT - Hazy IPA (6.3% alc/vol)
An updated riff on Last Best’s wildly popular Tokyo Drift, this hazy IPA spared no expense with top quality 100% Alberta grains and a meticulous blend of American and Australian hops. Double dry-hopped and amply conditioned, we get notes of pineapple juice box and candied grapefruit.

SOS - HAZY IPA - (Rotating Hops) +/- 7%
The SOS is our tribute to fruit-flavored IPAs. This beer is bursting with juiciness and features vibrant notes of citrus and delectable stone fruit, creating a refreshing and flavorful experience.
THE FIX - Kolsch (4.6
Drawing on our friend Brandon's German brewing experience, we collaborated with Avling Brewery to update our beloved Kölsch-inspired recipe. Featuring 100% Bavarian ingredients and a single decoction mash, The Fix is naturally carbonated, unfined/unfiltered, and lagered for eight weeks. Danke, Braumeister!
SITTING TIME - English Pale Ale (4.8% alc/vol)
Sitting Time is our tribute to the often-overlooked English Pale Ale. We used 100% raw materials from the UK, a single decoction mash, and “casked” the beer in tank for natural carbonation.

BOBBY SOX - Cherry Vanilla Sour (5.8% alc/vol)
For the second entry in our fruited kettle sour series, we added an obscene amount of Canadian cherries during fermentation before conditioning the beer with whole Grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. An Exceptionally Delectable Delight.
BOBBY SOX - Strawberry Lime Sour (4.9% alc/vol)
A twist on a classic Berliner Weisse with hibiscus flowers added to the whirlpool, strawberries during fermentation, and Loomi limes during conditioning. Jammy, tart, and floral with a hint of salinity. Refreshing and Flavourful.
BOBBY SOX - Dry-Hopped Sour (4.5% alc/vol)
We kettle soured this beer with our favourite strain of lactobacillus before fermenting it with our house ale yeast. Then we dry-hopped it with lots of Citra. It reminds us of the best and freshest white grapefruit juice we have ever had. Sometimes simplicity is best ;)
BOBBY SOX - Peach Lemonade Sour (4.7% alc/vol)
Low in ABV but incredibly huge in flavour, this exceptional Bobby Sox brew is truly a delightful taste of summer, captured perfectly in a glass! Each sip invites you to savor the vibrant and refreshing notes that make this beer a standout choice for warm days and sunny gatherings.
