LINT STEPHENSON - Czech Pilsner
5.0% alc/vol - This is our humble interpretation of a Czech-style. Its unmistakeable rustic character is achieved by way of a traditional and labour intensive triple decoction mash, soft water, and 100% Czech raw materials. “Lint,” as we affectionally call it around the brewery, is unfined, unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and lagered for 90 days.
FELINA - Mexican Lager
4.6% alc/vol - A crisp, reimagined Mexican-style lager brewed with flaked corn, Rahr Pilsner, and Vienna malt. Bright citrus character comes from Loomi limes and fresh lime zest. Naturally carbonated, unfiltered, and double decoction mashed, Felina is lagered cold until she hits perfect clarity and snap. Precision brewed for long days, warm nights, and ice-cold pours.
SENTINEL - Munich Helles Lager
4.7% alc/vol - A tribute to Munich’s golden lagers. Brewed with 100% German ingredients, a triple decoction mash, and naturally carbonated, this Helles balances soft malt richness with noble hop finesse. Lagered slow. Poured proud.
ROSS DIXON - West Coast Pilsner
4.8% alc/vol - Ross Dixon is a bold West Coast Pilsner with a crisp malt backbone and a vibrant citrus edge. Aromas of lime zest and white grape lead into notes of fresh pine and tropical fruit, finishing clean and dry. Sharp, bright, and endlessly drinkable.
