BREWERY ASSISTANT
Part-Time → Full-Time Potential | Calgary, AB
We make great beer, and great beer takes hard work. Some days are long, some are fast-paced, all are rewarding. If you like putting in an honest day’s work and taking pride in the results, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Keep the brewery clean, organized, and ready for action
Clean tanks, kegs, hoses, drains, and floors to brewing standards
Help with packaging (cans, kegs, labels, stacking)
Assist with transfers and basic cellar work (we’ll train you)
Learn and eventually own the brewery’s production tracking program:
Log all ingredients used in each beer
Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished product
Record yields for each batch
Keep accurate, up-to-date production records
Jump in wherever needed to keep production moving
What We’re Looking For:
Can lift 140 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working on your feet in a hot, wet, active environment
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
Willing to stay until the job is done when the day calls for it
90-day probation period before brewing tasks begin
Willing to learn brewing software and take ownership of record-keeping
